Ingredients
  

  • ½ to ¾ cup strong iced coffee or cold brew
  • 1 tablespoon tahini well stirred
  • ½ cup almond milk or oat milk
  • Optional: 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or agave
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or dash of vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a mason jar or shaker, combine iced coffee, tahini, almond milk, and optional sweetener/spices.
  • Shake or whisk vigorously until smooth and creamy.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over the top.
  • Garnish with a cinnamon stick or orange zest for extra flair if desired.

Notes

Use almond or oat milk for the best balance. Too much tahini can overpower—start small and adjust. Great with a side of toast or date bars.
