Ingredients
  

  • 8 –10 oz warm filtered water
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar optional
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional
  • A pinch of grated ginger or cayenne optional

Instructions
 

  • 1. Warm the water until comfortably warm, not boiling.
  • 2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
  • 3. Squeeze in the lemon or lime juice and stir.
  • 4. If using, add apple cider vinegar and honey and mix well.
  • 5. Sprinkle a pinch of ginger or cayenne for an extra kick.
  • 6. Sip the drink slowly on an empty stomach to absorb the minerals.

Notes

Prepare a batch of salt concentrate by mixing one part pink salt with four parts water; use a teaspoon per drink.
Do not exceed ¼ teaspoon of salt per serving to avoid excess sodium.
