Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna empty
  • 1 cannellini bean, washed and drained
  • 1 cup of red onions finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup parsley chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • One tablespoon of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper as desired
  • Mixed greens with a variety of vegetables to serve

Execution

Mix together the Salad Mix the Salad: in a bowl large enough, mix the tuna, cannellini beans red onion and parsley.
