Ingredients

  • ½ to ¾ cup strong iced coffee or cold brew
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (well stirred)
  • ½ cup almond milk or oat milk
  • Optional: 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or agave
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or dash of vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or shaker, combine iced coffee, tahini, almond milk, and optional sweetener/spices.
  2. Shake or whisk vigorously until smooth and creamy.
