Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sushi grade tuna, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of sriracha
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon rice
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup of green onions sliced
- Half cup cukes, finely cut
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- Nori sheets, cut into strips (optional)
- Pickled ginger (optional)

Execution
Prepare the tuna In a bowl Mix the diced tuna with sesame oil and sriracha along with rice vinegar. Let it marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Create the Bowl To make a bowl, place the sushi rice that has been cooked as the base. Add tuna marinated avocado, avocado and cucumber, green onions and chopped carrots.
Garnish sprinkle with nori and sesame seeds. Pickled ginger can be added to the dish if you wish.
Serve Serve immediately, and optionally add additional soy sauce on the side.
