8-Cool: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Additional tips

About: Pumpkin Spice Cookies

  • Measure Flour Accurately:
A lot of flour can cause the cookies to become very dry and hard. Utilize an empty spoon to fill the measuring cup. After that, ensure that you get it level using an axe.
  • Soften Butter Properly:
The coldest butter can’t create enough cream. Also, the butter that is too hot could result in your cookies becoming oily. The butter should be allowed to cool in a room for approximately 30 minutes prior to using.
  • Don’t Overmix the Dough:
Insufficient mixing can cause cookies to harden. Mix until the flour is integrated.
  • Customize Your Cookies:
You are welcome to add White chocolate as well as butterscotch chips and dried fruit for your own unique spin on this recipe (Pumpkin Spice Cookies).
