Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 cup hoisin sauce (optional to add sweetness)

  • 1 cup of bovine broth (or water)

  • Cut green onions (for for garnish)

Execution:

1-Prepare the Ingredients:

If using fresh chop it into bite-size pieces. When frozen, allow it to melt and then drain the moisture.

Chop the garlic and ginger into small pieces Keep them in the fridge to sauté.

2- Cook the Ground Beef:

In a large pot in a large skillet, warm olive oil over moderately high temperatures.

Cook the ground beef and break it down using a spatula, until well-browned and fully cooked. The process should last about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with a bit of salt and black pepper. When the beef is cooked, you can remove the steak from the skillet and put it aside.

3- Saute Broccoli and Aromatics:

4- Combine Ingredients:

Bring the ground beef that has been cooked into the skillet, along together with the broccoli.
