Ingredients
8–10 oz warm filtered water
¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
A pinch of grated ginger or cayenne (optional)
Instructions
1. Warm the water until comfortably warm, not boiling.
2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
3. Squeeze in the lemon or lime juice and stir.
4. If using, add apple cider vinegar and honey and mix well.
5. Sprinkle a pinch of ginger or cayenne for an extra kick.
6. Sip the drink slowly on an empty stomach to absorb the minerals.
Notes
Prepare a batch of salt concentrate by mixing one part pink salt with four parts water; use a teaspoon per drink.
