Ingredients

  • 2 packets of noodles made from ramen (discard packets of seasoning)
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 onion cut thinly
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper Thinly cut
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • One zucchini that has been thinly cut
  • 1 cup of broccoli the florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (optional to add spice)
  • 2 onions to be chopped up to garnish
  • Sesame seeds to garnish

Execution:

Make the Ramen noodles In a large boiling pot of water and then cook the noodles as per the packaging directions, however keep them slightly undercooked (about two minutes shorter). Remove them from the water and put aside.

Make Stir Fry: Prepare the Stir Fry: Heat sesame oil inside a large pan or wok on moderate flame. In the same skillet, add garlic and onion to the pan, then sauté until fragrant for about two minutes.

Add vegetable Incorporate the bell pepper carrots as well as zucchini and broccoli. Stir fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables remain crisp but tender.
