Introduction

Pumpkin Chili Recipe – A Unique and Flavorful Winter Dish

Pumpkin Chili is an original variation on a traditional winter recipe, combining the warm spices of chili with the mellow flavor of the sweet pumpkin. The hearty and delicious chili is ideal for a relaxing evening.

Ingredients

  • 1 1 lb (450g) ground turkey or beef
  • 1 onion cut into pieces
  • 1 bell pepper cut into pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1. Can (15 1 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (15 OZ) black beans drain and washed
  • 1 can (15 1 oz) kidney beans drain and rinsed
  • One can (14.5 OZ) diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons of chili powder
  • Ground cumin 1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked or smoked
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper according to your preference
