Description

A bright, refreshing dessert made with real frozen berries, a splash of lemon juice, and optional sweetener. This Ninja Creami sorbet is clean, simple, and endlessly customizable.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons monk fruit sweetener (or honey, agave, stevia)
  • ¼ to cup unsweetened almond milk or filtered water
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, lemon zest, or pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Ninja Creami pint container and mix thoroughly.
  2. Seal and freeze flat for at least 24 hours until solid.
  3. Remove from freezer, install into Ninja Creami, and select ‘Sorbet’ setting.
  4. If crumbly after the first spin, add 1–2 tablespoons of liquid and use ‘Re-Spin’ until smooth and creamy.
  5. Serve immediately with optional toppings like fresh berries, mint, or Greek yogurt.

Notes

Ensure berries are fully frozen and avoid overfilling the pint. Customize with basil, protein powder, or coconut water for a creative twist.
