Ingredients

  • 8 falafel patties, bought from a store or made at home
  • 4 wraps of whole wheat large in size
  • 1/2 cup of hummus
  • 1/4 cup of red onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup of lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup tzatziki sauce
  • Fresh parsley to garnish

Execution

Make the wraps Make sure to spread two tablespoons of Hummus onto each wrap.

Make the Wraps 2. Add two falafel patties in each wrap. Serve with lettuce, red onion tomatoes, and drizzle of Tzatziki sauce.

Wrap and serve Wrap the edges of the wraps and make sure to roll them with a firm grip. Cut them in two and serve right away.
