Execution

Make the chicken: Cut the chicken breasts into pieces that are bite-sized. Pat dry using towelettes to eliminate the excess moisture.

-Season the flour: In a bowl make a mixture of ingredients: flour, garlic powder onions powder, chili salt and pepper. The seasoned flour adds additional flavor to wings.

-Cover the chicken: Set up a Dredge station that has three bowls – one using the flour that has been seasoned and eggs beat as well as one that has breadcrumbs. The chicken pieces are first dipped in flour, and then into the eggs then coat it with breadcrumbs. Make sure that each chicken piece is coated for the best crispiness.

-Cook the chicken: Heat oil in an oven or a large skillet on medium-low heat until it is at 350 degF (175degC). Place the chicken pieces into the hot oil and fry in small batches so that you don’t overcrowd. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each for each side, or until the chicken is golden brown and well-cooked. Take the chicken out and drain onto the paper towels.

-Mix in Sauce In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces that have been fried with the sauce of your choice to coat them evenly. Serve right away with the dipping sauce to serve with the chicken.

-Toss in Sauce: In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken pieces with your favorite wing sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately with dipping sauce on the side.
