1-Prepare the Chicken:
Sprinkle the breasts of chicken lightly using salt and pepper both sides.
Make 1 tablespoon of sesame oil into a large pan on moderate temperature.
Cook the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes each side to golden-brown and completely cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). After cooking, take your chicken out of the pan and place it aside.
