  • 1 cup of white long-grain rice
  • 2 cups of drinking water or chicken broth

Execution

1-Prepare the Rice: In a medium saucepan, heat the broth, or water to a rolling boil. Then add the rice, stir then reduce the heat to a simmer. Then cover the pan and allow the rice to cook for 15 to 18 minutes or until all liquid is gone.

2-Include the cheese After the rice is done cooking, take it off from the stove. Then, add the butter and cheese to the rice when it’s hot. Stir until cheese has melt and is incorporated in the rice. To add more creaminess, mix into a small amount of either cream or milk.
