Ingredients
- Four slices of Ciabatta bread or other breads with rustic crusts
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves, 1/4 cup
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper according to your preference

Execution
Toast the bread Lightly toast the slices of ciabatta.
Make the Sandwich Spread the pesto on each slice bread. Layer the slices of mozzarella, tomatoes as well as fresh basil leaves between two slices of bread. Sprinkle with balsamic glaze and then sprinkle seasonings like salt and black pepper.
Top and serve Top and Serve: Put rest of the slices of bread on top to make the sandwiches. Serve immediately.
