Ingredients

  • 1 Lb ground beef
  • 1 onion small, minced finely
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • A barbecue sauce that can be added for topping

Execution

1-Pre-heat the Oven Start by warming your oven to the temperature of 375degF (190degC).

2-Create your Meat Mixture in an enormous bowl, mix ground meat and finely chopped onions, crushed garlic, breadcrumbs barbecue sauce, milk, egg black pepper, salt, dried oregano. Mix until all ingredients are well blended, but take care not to mix too much.

3-Make the Meatloaf You can transfer the mixture of meat to a loaf pan and pressing it gently down to form the shape of a loaf.

4-Then add to the BBQ Sauce Spread a coating of barbecue sauce over the top of the meatloaf to give the added taste.

5-Bake The loaf pan into the baking oven at a preheated temperature and bake it for 60 minutes up to the point that it has cooked to perfection with an internal temperature that is 160degF (71degC).

6-Rest and serve Take the meatloaf out of the oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes prior to cutting. Serve it with the favorite side dishes and take your time!
