Ingredients
- 1 baguette Cut into 4 pieces
- 1/2 pound of pork thinly cut or chicken
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (optional)
- 1/2 cup of pickled carrots, and daikon
- 1 cup cucumber slices that are fresh
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 jalapeno thinly sliced (optional)
Execution
Make the meat cook the chicken or pork in a pan over medium heat until cooked.
Mix Spread in small bowl mix the mayonnaise in with Sriracha if you’re it is used.
Make the Sandwich Spread the sriracha mayo onto the interior of every baguette piece. Layer on cooked chicken or pork Pickled carrots and cucumber slices, daikon, jalapeno slices, and cilantro.
Serve Serve immediately with a little sriracha added on the side, if you wish.
