o 1/2 cup cactus (nopales), cooked and sliced
o 1 avocado, sliced
o 1 tbsp olive oil

Execution

1-Prepare the Molcajete Sauce:
o In a blender, combine roasted tomatoes, pepper, garlic, onion, cilantro, and salt. Blend until smooth and set aside.

2-Cook the Meats:
o Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Season the steak, chicken, and shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook each meat separately until fully cooked and set aside.
