Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 6 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack)

- 1 avocado, sliced

Execution
Cook the Bacon: Cook the bacon slices in a pan until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside. 5min
