Introduction

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack)
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Bacon: Cook the bacon slices in a pan until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside. 5min
