Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon olive
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper according to your preference
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Red onion 1/4 cups chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 cup of cabbage shredded
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)

Prepare the shrimp In a pan in olive oil, heat it up over moderate temperature. In the skillet, add shrimp and chili powder salt, cumin, and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes each side until the shrimp are transparent and pink.
